Default '06 3.3 Head Gasket replacement help

Okay, so I know one end of a wrench from the other but I have never done head gaskets in a FWD van so this is a first for me. I dont think I will have too many problems but wanted to ask if there was anything I should be especially aware of or if there are any tricks or secrets I should know.

I appreciate any assistance with this.

Thanks!

I've never done this myself, but I've heard that removing the wiper arms and the cowl will improve access to the firewall side of the engine. It can be a real PITA just to reach the spark plugs back there. There's a how-to on how to remove the cowl somewhere on here, but I can't seem to find it after a couple of searches.

Hope that helps. Good luck!

Bro, it takes about 15 minutes to take the wiper module off. Save yourself the headaches, so much more room to work. And it's located under the DIY section at the top of the page.
