I have a 2001 grand caravan 3.3,well this is what happened driving one day I stopped at a store shut the van off and it was hard to start and then it quit and had to get It towed ,so the fuel pressure was really low so I put a pump in it and now I have 60 psi and I put a new cam sensor in it and a crank sensor and ect sensor ,so here is the problem the van will start sometimes and it will kick and kick ,but if I unplug the ect it will fire right up like normal ,any help would be great

wrong ect or timing is off. When you unplug the ect, timing goes to a base setting so it timing was too advanced, unplugging ect would put it back. Why did you put all the sensors in?

I put the new cam sensor in because that was the code I got.The ect is reading right on the scanner so the pcm is getting the correct reading from it

ok I checked the timing chain and it is good and the marks all line up,do you think a cracked flywheel would do this, there are no noises in the motor but im trying anything at this point

Hmm. Did you just reveal a pretty slick troubleshooting aid when timing may be an issue? I'll remember the ECT next time. Sad thing is I knew about the ECT setting timing to a predetermined level but never put it all together. Thanks for your insight Tizzy1.
