Hi,

My cd was stuck, I bought new original Manufacture CD/radio player.

I have changed it following the steps,
1- disconnect negative battery cable.
2-removed dash and removed the old one and pluged the new one .
3-reconnect battery.
4-changed the speaker fuse and the sound fuse from hood fuse box with new one.
5- all lights and channels are on and i can see dvd picture and i can play cd and change channels.

Now I have no sound.

What is the problem??? is there anyway or any bottom to activate the sound from the speakers

You have to make sure this Radio is not built for a car WITH amplifier. If it is, then the circuit for the speaker will be all wrong. Even tho the connectors fits perfectly.

Did you bought this radio from the Dealer Look up by the VIN? or did you get it from some guys on Ebay that say this Radio will fit 2004 Caravan?
