Default 2005 T&C Satellite Receiver location

Hi there,

Anyone knows where is the satellite receiver located? My sat radio is intermittent and I'm thinking about replacing the whole receiver. Unfortunately I have no idea where is it located.
Also what module is located under the cup holder tray? Some models have empty area so you can store additional bits and pieces and others have full cover. When removed there is a module behind it.

Thanks as always!

Satellite receiver is part of the radio unless a dealer installed add on was done. That was only possible on a couple of radio's. Most likely it is internal, especially if you have the other module which is the hands free module. It is used with your phone to do the hands free calling.

Hi Tizzy1,

What about modules 05064020AJ and 05064074AD? They were both used on T&C / GC 2005-2007 and many other Chrysler and Dodge models. The radio that I have installed (factory) has CD / tape and also controls DVD over head player.

Thanks

Ok, my bad. I'm going to blame old age. From what I can tell, 05064020AJ is listed from '05 - '07 and is for Gen 1 radios. 05064074AD is for Gen 2 radios and from what I can see is also listed from '05 - '07 but for the dealer install option, it is only listed for '07. Not really sure what the difference is between Gen 1 and Gen 2 radios. And they do also mount behind the cover that would normally be a floor console. Sorry bout that.
