my remote keyless entry hasn't work for a year or so, all other electrical worked fine. tried reprogramming the fobs, no luck. dug around the web and found some info on reprogramming the rke module by grounding the rke module program enable which would allow me to reprogram it with my fobs. i was doing this at the module plug on the top of the dash, on one try accidently grounded pin #3 instead of pin#5 and got a small arc. the wire i shorted is labeled " 3, 20 pink. Fused B(+)". i now have nothing when the key is turned back to the accessory postion, nothing in the on postion, everything but the radio works in the run position. i have metered every fuse in the fuse block under the dash and all the fuses in the pcm under the hood. i have not checked all the relays. i need some wisdom because i don't know where to look from here.

fixed the main problem, found a wiring diagram for the pdc and traced it to fuse 28. thought i had checked all the fuses, must have missed it.
replaced blown fuse all is back to normal. pressed the fob and the doors locked once and the fob no longer works again. any ideas?
