Default Cooling Fans not working

So this is what I got. Helping a friend with her van. Cooling fans wont come on. We changed the coolant temp sensor, thermostat, and she even went and bout a NEW fan. Also have checked the fuse. But still no fan. Not sure if the problem is the PCM so I thought I would come here for some help.

Thanks

Those vans have a Solid State fan relay that is well known for it's high failure rate (compared to conventional relays) You need to take the air cleaner (upper AND lower) out of the van and you'll see it held by 2 screws to the body. If you can get the Mopar one, I would do it. I think they're about 60 bucks.

Default Check cooling fans "socket"

Check the socket that the fans plug into. Sometimes they get corroded, dirty, or just loose from vibration. Try to clean-up the socket and move the plug around when fans should come on.

I know this may be consider a long-shot but I've had the same problem on 1 '94 and a '99.

And make sure you scrape off off the rust on the mounting area. The fan relay relies on good contact for cooling and ground. If you leave the rust, the new one will fail quickly. Coat the back of the relay with dielectric grease.

Same problem here with a '08 T&C 3.3L. The low speed relay is good, the radiator fan is good, can't locate the high speed relay. Also, don't understand why the washer relay control is part of the high speed radiator fan control circuit? Anyone can explain, and tell me where the high speed relay is?

***UPDATE***

Sorry for the delay in reply. So I replaced the Solid State fan relay and that did the trick.

***NOTE***

The Solid State fan relay on this van is located under the driver side head light, not on the body under the air box. Not sure why they would put them in 2 different places.

Thank you guys for all your help.

Matt
