Anyone know how long it actually takes once you reach "production scheduled"? I contacted customer service and they were no help whatsoever. We ordered a 2013 Caravan SE three weeks ago and the order is just sitting there.

 

Have you tried to send Dodgecares a message. He maybe able to shine some light?

 

No, I just joined thinking there may be some folks here who have placed a factory order and knew what to expect. The local dealership made it sound like no big deal to order and it would take about four weeks to get the vehicle. Of course, they also didn't know you could add power windows in the second row of the SE (I had to point out that they had ordered it themselves on some sitting in their prep area!) so I should have known better than to listen to them about anything.

 

I would still contact dodgecares. It doesn't hurt to ask.
