Replaced the trans,plugs,wires,gaskets I also cleaned the I ack valve and throttle body and it seems like it wants to start with starter fluid but won't I also took a look at the crank and cam sensor they are ok it just won't start what do I do please help !

Does it cough sputter run then die? Pull a plug or wire and verify there's no spark. If so, check for voltage at or just feel for an injector click. Nothing? The ASD circuit has cut power to the coil, injectors, and O2 sensors because the PCM isn't seeing the cam or crank sensor signal. That could be as simple as a blown fuse or as involved as sensors, wiring or a pricey PCM. When you were doing all this maintenance you disconnected the battery correct? That's step #1 in every book. Fuses ok?
