Hi, I am a new member and experiencing two problems with the 02 caravan 3.3L flex fuel.

1) It makes a loud whistling sound that is coming from underneath when I start the car. It goes away after a while. It doesn't happen all the time. What I have noticed is that it happens when it sits for a day after a long interstate drive. I have changed the fuel pump twice, both delphi.

2) I am having exact same problem as described in this old thread (https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-c...2-caravan.html) The member didn't post the resolution. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and would like to know what the fix was.

There is no check engine light on. I attached the regular code reader and it only gives p1648 for battery disconnect.
