P0513 - Incorrect immobilizer key
Your security system may not be recognizing your key. That would mean you can't start the van but that's not your complaint so I'm thinking it's just a fault within the system and not your key fob. You can try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes to reset the code and the system. Now try your second key. Other than that you'll probably need to have the system reprogrammed.
