Default MOPAR Window Deflector Installation Help

Afternoon All,

I just can't figure out from these instructions (two of four pages attached) how to install these deflectors using the little clips that come with.

Has anyone had any experience with these? I've searched the forums, youtube and the internet, no luck. I don't want to mess up my new van or break anything.

Thanks in advance!

Return them and buy AVS ventshades that are installed using 3M tape. I just installed them on two new Caravans and have used them for years. The ones on my wifes 4Runner are around ten years old and still look great.

Same here. I use the AVS shades and they are great.
Hold them up there to get the idea of the placement,
Alcohol swab the mating surface on the van and peel a little bit of the tape from one end.
Stick it on the and pull the tape out from under it nice and easy.

The tape is really strong but for the first week do not SHOVE you car wash Sponge/Brush/Rag/Cloth up under there hard.

Got mine at Advance Auto

Thank you both for your replies. I indeed have decided to get a different type of guards. The Mopar's were a freebie from the dealer because I had to wait longer
than expected to pick up my new vehicle. I was somewhat miffed that they didn't install them for me, but now I'm glad they didn't. I think I'd rather have the in-channel kind anyway. I'm glad I came here to ask. Dodge Forum has never let me down!

Cheers!
