Default Front end clunking

My 93 Caravan has developed a clunking noise from the RF side. Basically, it is one clunk per wheel rotation, and is not affected by bumps. Hitting the brake either stops it or quiets it down, and turning the wheel slightly from side to side makes it louder.
Before I start replacing stuff, does anyone have any ideas?

Could be a tire. You could try rotating tires to see if the sound moves.
