1999 dodge caravan instrument cluster
So it's not new. I am new here and I am not sure how it works.
My 1999 Grand Caravan Instrument Cluster, Wipers, Headlights, overhead computer have stopped working.
I have removed the instrument cluster soldered the joints pulled 3 clusters from cars in junk yard. Still does not work.
Is this van worth saving or should I donate it to a worthy cause?
Many thanks for your support.

> I would imagine somewhere along the way you've disconnected the battery or pulled the IOD fuse to reset the data bus.
> Have you inspected the HVAC panel connector for any signs of overheating. This can melt the connector, open the data bus and kill the cluster.
> If your radio and message center and exterior lights are working your fuses are good.
> Have you checked for power and ground at the cluster?
> The switch is often the culprit killing headlights. It can be removed and repaired.
