this is my grandfathers vehicle that i am trying to fix for him the pcm has fried 3 times im 2 weeks any i dea on why it is doing it

 

When a PCM fries, there's always an external reason and it's usually a shorted solenoid somewhere. The PCM has solid-state "quad drivers" that switch ground on and off to solenoids and fuel injectors. If one of those is shorted, it'll fry the transistor driver in the PCM. If you just replace the PCM, you'll fry the next one. And the one after that. And the one after that.

 

I agree. I would have stop after the 2nd one and start inspecting the wire harness and sensors.
