Have a 2006 Grand Caravan SXT, and have notice quite a bit of road noise while driving on highway. seems as though either an open window, or door is not latched properly. Checked the weather stripping around doors and it looks as new.
I have 127 Ks on this Van and am quite annoyed at the noise. Its not unbearable yet its there, unlike my 2000 was.
Anyone having same issues or recommendations for what to look for. Its also has the Stow & Go package, with the electronic sliding doors & rear hatch. Which all doors seem to line up smoothly with the body, puzzeled.

How old are the tires? They can be the cause of excessive road noise.

You mention that it sounds like an open window or improperly latched door - can you localize the noise to one corner of the van or one door/window?
I do find the road noise in my 05 SE stow n go to be a bit on the unpleasant side, but after I put all the kids in it I hardly hear it any more
