2011 Grand Caravan R/T 3.6 Motor - Synthetic Oil ?

Just got a used 2011 Grand Caravan R/T with 24,000 miles and was wondering if I should run synthetic oil in it or not?

What ya think?
Good or Bad for the Pentastar motor?

I don't see why not, has long as you use the same weight. But if the check engine light comes on with the P0521 code. Then replace the oil and filter.

I am planning 5w-30 synthetic oil with the Chrysler filter for the 2012 Caravan with a bit over 30,000 kilometers. Why would you think that this may cause a DTC 0521?
