My 12992 Dodge Caravan 3.3 quit running while at an idle with the AC going full blast. I got towed home and was suspecting the timing chain gave up as it has been noisy for quite a while. I started checking and I have no spark at the plugs, I do have good compression an all three front cylinders and when I check the coil by inserting a test light in the B+ hole of the wiring harness coil connector with the other end on the negative side of the battery I get no lights at all when turning on the ignition. So I know my timing chain is good and now suspect the Automatic Shutdown Relay but I don't know where it is or how to test or reset it. I also wonder what would make it shutdown. Any ideas would sure be appreciated. I want to go fishing!
