08 Caravan rear windows go up and down with rear controls but only down with drivers?

08 Caravan rear windows go up and down with rear controls but only down with drivers?
I just got a 08 Dodge Grand Caravan, it has bout 150,000 (highway) miles on it and is in great shape.
The only problem that I can find that it has is that with the drivers window switches I can not raise the rear door windows. It works properly with the front driver and passenger windows (up and down), Power mirrors, and Rear window vents. But it will only lower the side rear door windows, and then when I try to put them up with it, nothing, no noise just nothing. However if I go back to the doors themselves then they go up no problem.
Has anyone had this problem before or can point me in the right direction?
