I'm in the middle of trying to change out the power lock switch on the rear hatch of my 2002 Dodge Caravan.

My hang up is trying to remove the pig tails out of the plastic connector and install the new pig tails to the new switch.

Do I need a special tool? What am I missing?

 

Pull the white lock all the way out so you can see the release tabs better. You can probably use a seal pick or a precison flathead screwdriver, but yeah there are special tools for all the various terminals. I have a few, but few of them are very efficient...lol.
