This morning, we went outside to find both front windows down, with the doors still locked. Last night, the windows were definitely up, as it was 40 degrees outside, and the van was locked.
I found another thread where someone with a 2009 made a similar complaint, but the thread ended without clear reason for the problem.
We of course considered someone trying to break in, but nothing is missing, and how could someone get the windows down without a key?
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this, or know of any possible reason for the windows to go down by themselves?

don't press on the lock button of the remote or was it unlock? one of them. think if you click it 2 times and hold the windows will drop.

 

Wow, great news. Thank you so much for that reply. That is exactly what happened and we didn't realize... unlock button twice, holding the second time puts the windows down. Thank you.
