Hi All,

I left my van over night so that i could measure my coolant level (2008 Dodge Caravan). I noticed that the level is below the minimum in reservoir. I have 83,500km on our van.

Do i just go out and buy HOAT coolant and fill up the reservoir? if so, to what level.

If not, what do i do?

Yep, fill it above minimum but below max. Check the radiator as well when cold.

 

also, I noticed no fluids on the ground... and thats its clean.

Any brand in particular that i should use? or simple find HOAT anti freeze.

Sorry, what am i checking the radiator for?

 

I use Mopar 'cause I work there, ask the guy at the parts store and they will get you the right stuff.

You can have coolant in the overflow and be low in the radiator, just to be safe, I check both.
