Default Name this part!

1995 Grand Caravan, 3.3L V6. On the side of the engine, a small metal curved tube (6-8" long?) that connects to a hose that runs to (from?) the heater core. The metal tube is held on to the engine with two bolts, and connected to the hose with a hose clamp.

Mine is leaking and I need to get a new one, but can't figure out the name for it to order one.

It's this metal tube that connects to the hose that runs to the heater core. As you can see it is not doing so well.

coolant tube part number 4448851, it is NS1 which mean it is not made anymore but there are dealers that still have one so your dealer should be able to locate it, lists for $19.45. The gasket is 4621967 and is still available, cost is $1.45

Thanks! My local dealer was able to locate one nearby. I'll be picking it up Saturday. One less leak to worry about!

Part numbers were correct (thankfully!). The description on the package was... drumroll please!... "tube". Whew. The old one didn't have a gasket. I wouldn't have thought to get one either, so thanks for that. The worst problem I had changing it was my junk slip-joint pliers for pinching off the hose clamp. All in all, one of the easiest repairs I've done. No more leak! Now it's on to the lower transmission fluid cooler hose. He's dribbling all over...
