Default rear supension recommendations

Hi, i have a 2002 Grand Caravan ES 3.8 I need to replace the rear shocks but I can't afford stock ones. $600 each, that won't happened. I see the Monroe shock, any one use these. I have a trailer that I pull and need the self leveling style shock. Thank you MONROE 58620 Rear Shock Absorber-Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber.

I have a pair of lightly used factory load level shocks if you are interested. I was going to put them on my '03 but never got around to it. I think they had 30K on them

Personally, I wouldn't recommend using Monroe unless you are very tight on Budget. And those you proposed seem to be just Heavy Duty shocks instead of true self leveling shocks.

KYB or SACHS one is $250ish each, look around. I believe the Factory Mopar one are made by SACHS.

I replaced the Nivomat units with standard heavy duty shocks and can't tell the difference. I towed our sailboat and trailer(maybe 1,200 pounds total) a little over 1,000 miles and it did fine with the replacement shocks.
