[4th Gen : 01-07]: Vehicle Always Drifts Right - Solutions?
Vehicle: 2002 Dodge Caravan SE (3.3L V6)
For some time we have been driving without the front passenger-side stabilizer bar link. It is a relatively small bar that attaches the stabilizer bar to the strut assembly. This one side's link snapped at the center. Now i'm going back to replace it. It seems like a simple screw on bolts job.
My question is: while driving the car for the past year i notice that I MUST turn the steering wheel about 2 inches to the left to actually have the car drive straight. If i allow the steering wheel to return to the natural leveled position while driving, the car will quickly drift right, hence why i must actively turn and keep turned the steering wheel slightly off to the left to go straight.
Is this issue related to the broken stabilizer bar link OR is this some wheel alignment issue OR steering wheel issue? I do have the Service Manual so if you can at least point me to the relevant issue then i should be good to go.
Thanks so much

Before removing my passenger front tire i noticed it looked slightly off pointing to the right despite the steering wheel being leveled and the left driver side tire pointing straight.
When removing the right tire i noticed a couple nuts were tough to remove in particular the bottom one closest to the front of vehicle. Once all nuts were removed i notice the threading of the bolt didnt look so good....

You can see the one bolt's threads look all mangled. Can this be corrected?
I'm going to read up on WHEEL ALIGNMENT but in the meantime i will need to reinstall the tire but will at best only install the 4 nuts and leave the 5th off since it will NOT screw back on.
