P2302 Code and surge at 3000 RPM
I had a P 2308, P300 and P406 codes I have replaced the Plugs, Wires Coil (was Cracked) EGR valve and The PCM. now I have a P2302 code I have looked for any broken wires Trace the wire back to the PCM all looks good. Any suggestions I am at my wits end.

First suggestion is please tell us the model year. Have you checked the wires for continuity using a meter? You could also check the driver pulse out of the PCM using a test light, new PCM or not.
