Default Sound speakers upgrade

I have 08 DGC SXT with the old CD/FM radio http://www.ebay.com/itm/08-DODGE-GRAND-CARAVAN-SE-3-3L-V6-MPI-CD-PLAYER-MP3-RADIO-AM-FM-P-N-P05064411AF-/181026292019?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a26020133&vxp=mtr, I'm planning in putting a touch screen original Dodge navigation system http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-2010-Caravan-3500-DVD-Sirius-USB-AUX-MP3-Radio-OEM-/360826429056?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AChrysler%7CModel%3ATown+%26+Country&hash=item5402ee5e80&vxp=mtr would that work with the connectors I have in the center console? If so what good speakers do I have to buy to replace stock ones, I'm looking for the perfect fit without making new holes.

This is the factory touchscreen radio (REN430 My GIG) that came on your model yr. GC.
Scrool down and your van is listed. So I assume you have the CAN- C hi speed bus.
Im thinking about getting the rbz model for my 2013.

So the can bus speed is related to year of production not type of radio installed?

Now for the powered subwoofer, do I have to run 12v thick wire all the way to the back? and what is the best 6x9 speakers should I get?

The bus speed is related to the production year and type of radio and yes to the thick wire.

This is the radio for your year caravan http://oemautopartsco.com/collection...een-radio-high

I would get the DVD in motion option so dvd video shows while driving.

This is the sirius antenna if you want that option http://oemautopartsco.com/products/a...riusxm-antenna

And this is the hands free option with mic included http://oemautopartsco.com/products/u...-free-kit-high

With this option http://oemautopartsco.com/products/m...-radio-upgrade the hands free kit is not needed, and you would not need to go to the dealership for an update. All you would need is a mic. It might be a better option if you factor the price of the hands free kit and for someone to install it and the cost for the dealership to reprogram it and you would have Nav.
