Default Tail/Brake Light Issues

I'm stumped.

Passengers side only, when I turn on my lights I have no tail light, but I do have a brake light.

I've replaced the bulb and I've cleaned the connections. It's the same bulb for tail/brake so it doesn't make any sense that it works one way and not the other.

Hints, advice? Thanks in advance.

Check for power and ground at the connector using a multimeter. If both are there swap the light assemblies left to right. If one isn't there chase the open wire from the IPM to the light assembly connection. Model year?

the parking lamps are fused side to side. Left side on one fuse, right side on the other. Does the front park lamp work? If not, check fuse 3, 15 amp in the PDC (fuse box by the battery)
