When we were buying our van in July, it seemed like the spare was optional on any trim, according to Chrysler and Dodge's websites.

 

just got a new 14 gcv avp .... made them throw in the spare tire in the deal .... everything is under there you need ..... just lower the cable until it stops and hook the tire and pull it back up .....I did jack up the pass side of the van to help .....
