I have a 2008 Grand caravan that we just purchased. The DVD player was working the first time we played a DVD for the kids. It was great - all screens working, sound through the vehicle speakers - lots of fun. I found a soft key to display the DVD movie on the radio display, pressed it, and suddenly I have no movie being broadcast to the 3rd row monitor. I've read about a bad 34 pin cable, but I'm not sure that is the problem. The 2nd row monitor does everything perfectly. The 3rd row monitor will display the MODE, I can even see the time running of the DVD as it pertains to the 2nd row. I've gone through all the settings to send it to the 3rd row, but the screen just goes blank (you can still see the glow of the screen). Again, the mode and info display seems to be normal, just won't send DVD image.

Looking to see if anyone has any additional information or may have seen this before. It seems like there is a button I'm just not pushing, although I've pushed them all.
