Default 02 grand caravan

the front end starts to shake at 40mph and gets worse the faster i go.
i have replace the wheel bearings , lower control arm and ball joints, sometimes the car is fine and other times it shakes like crazy and u can hear some clunking u first take off from a stop and squeaking while driving. i know the stabilizer bar linkiage going upto the shocks are worn could this be the problem?

I'm guessing you forgot to say rotating the tires front to back did nothing to help. Mainly shaking/clunking on acceleration? Also guessing you may have an inboard cv joint on it's way out. Stab bar bushings and links may cause squeaking/knocking but little else.
