I have a 2006 Dodge caravan and the passenger side sliding door will not unlock. It will not unlock manually, or automatically. I have the panel off and I suspect the lock actuator has it frozen in the locked state with the door closed. Any idea how to unlock so that I can open the door to remove and possibly replace actuator? I have also verified voltage to the lock actuator unit with my meter.

 

I would try spraying the actuator with WD40 and try to unlock the lock to open the door.
