I have an '07 Caravan with a 3.3l engine and I'm looking to improve performance. The van is modified by Braun for wheelchair accessibility making it heavy and sluggish.

I found a K/N air filter and performance spark plugs & wires but not much else. I also found some mod chips but am skeptical. I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

The 3.3 is just under power for the vehicle. Not much you can do on performance. K/n isn't much help. Unless you can install a turbo to the engine or a 3.8 engine that's all I could recommend.
