Update # 2. I brought the van into the dealer during the first week of June for the service to the front A/C blend door problem. They replaced the unit and it's been fine ever since.

Fast forward a month and now the A/C unit for the rear of the van is no longer blowing cold air. It's blowing hot air. I've scheduled another date to get that looked at. I've been a Ford guy for the past 25 years and this Dodge is the first time I've bought another brand during this time. I'm seriously wondering if I made the right choice.

Update # 3. The dealer fixed the rear air conditioner at no charge. I was told that the blend door for the rear unit was bad and they replaced that and performed another task as well (I can't remember what he said). We'll see how long this lasts.

Well I had the issue with only heat blowing on the passenger side again. To date the following has been replaced on separate occasions, blend door actuator (68238243-AA) was replaced January 2015, the control head (68260538-AB) was replaced March 2015 (after a scanned code B11C9-00 was found) and an HVAC calibration was performed.

The problem cam back a few weeks ago and I brought the DGC back in to the dealership. The right temp actuator was replaced (68238243-AA) January 2016 and also there was a RECALL (R62) which was a reprogram of the HVAC control module.

This has corrected the issue, and hopefully the R62 recall reprogram corrected it for good. That should be it for this issue...........hopefully.

I'm hoping this has taken care of this for good as well! Thanks for posting your resolution and be sure to let us know if you have any further reoccurrences.
