Default Possible oil leak?

Hello,

I have a 2003 Grand Caravan 3.3L I have noticed a slight burning oil smell when idling.I frequently check the oil and it does seem to have a small leak somewhere .Maybe have to put a half a quart every couple of months or so.

Today I had to replace the radiator, this gave me a good look at the bottom and side of the engine.I think the leak is where the oil filter screws into the engine.

Was wondering if ya'll would look at the pics I took and see if you agree with me.

Also took a 40 second vid:

To me it looks like the filter is not setting properly.I checked the tightness and it was ok.
Please any insight, opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Ray

Edit: not sure why images are not working.Or why vid so big..Maybe click the image links?

It could also either be the timing cover or the oil pressure switch. I would steam clean the engine compartment and add dye to the engine. Then use a black light to find your leaks.
