Angry Odd tapered battery terminal bolt

I have a 2013 Dodge Caravan - the other half dropped the nut from the battery terminal connection. The problem is it is an odd battery terminal that has a tapered nut that is used to tighten the battery terminal.

I ordered nuts from the dealer and they are just regular nuts. I took the vehicle to the dealer and they had no idea. I contacted customer service and they had no idea. They said the only fix was to have the battery cables replaced with the normal terminals.

DOES anyone know where to find this tapered nut? The terminal has a small bar that hooks on one side of the terminal and then fits over a bolt this is where the tapered nut is used to tighten the terminal. It came this way from the factory and I am the only owner.
Does anyone have any idea on how to secure the terminal?

ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Ground side or positive side cable. If it is the ground side, the bolt and nut for the clamp that goes to the battery terminal?
