2006 Dodge G/ Caravan

I have 2006 G/Caravan that blows warm air with the a/c on. I have no voltage at the condenser fan. Is there a relay, or is it controlled solely by the computer?

I have an 06. I had the same problem. I put ia a toggle switch and problem solved.
