I have a 2019 Grand Caravan GT. Passenger sliding door has power: open, close, lock, & unlock via interior switch, handle, or Key FOB. Everything works with the exception of the power lock. The door can lock and unlock manually. It will not lock and unlock with the switch or FOB. The sliding door opens and closes with the switch or power or handle or Key FOB. I have tried to get to the actuator and honestly it would be easier to change a timing belt!!! Is there any remedy other than taking the entire door apart to replace the actuator? Again everything else works, I just cant power lock or unlock the door , with the FOB or switch, only manually. Also the drivers side locks and unlocks with power switch or FOB. If I have to replace the actuator I'll leave it as is. Can't imagine what the dealer wants for this job! Thanks everyone...

 

I'm having this same issue except with a more basic model. Mine only has power windows and locks. The power lock on the passenger side slider is not working. I can manually lock and unlock but no power locks with fob or the internal switches.

Hopefully someone chimes in with some advice soon!
