Question No Fuse warning...

Currently own a 2011 Caravan and for the last few days now been having an issue. Randomly the radio unit will turn completely off, rear heater kicks on to high heat and I get a message were the mileage is saying no fuse.

It does this all at the same time. I have checked the fuses and they all appear to be good. When it does this it doesnt happen doing the same thing like turn signals on, wipers, breaks applied etc its just completely random but all 3 things happen at the same time.

Any ideas ?

Can only conclude you don't have an owners manual that's supposed to come with the van. Page 250:

noFUSE
If the vehicle diagnostic system determines that the Igni-
tion Off Draw (IOD) fuse is improperly installed, or
damaged, a “noFUSE” message will display in the odom-
eter display area. For further information on fuses and fuse
locations refer to “Fuses” in “Maintaining Your Vehicle”.

No manual? Download it off the Dodge website.

If you still have problems with the radio after check the IOD fuse, I would have the dealer check into the radio problem or the Tipm Module.
