Default 2014 Dodge Caravan Questions...

All,
Picked up a 2014 Dodge Caravan SXT (Redline Red) for the wife and I have a few questions;

1) I am having some issue getting Pandora to Stream to the Caravan using my Samsung S4. Any Tips or walkthroughs on how to get this to work properly. I have been able to add the phone (Bluetooth) and am able to call and receive calls but for some reason Pandora/Streaming music not working...(Have voice activation but not the large display console/GPS etc)

2) I have had a few red cars and over the years they typically fade out. Is there anything, that I can do, maintenance wise, to maintain the color longer...

Thanks,
Chris

Default van

Cant help with the pandora issue but as long as you wax it once or perferrably twice a year with a good wax or polish it wont fade out. Also keep it washed once in awhile with a car wash that has a small amount of wax in the formulation. I have never had any vehicle fade or even have the polyacrylic headlight lenses yellow if you do this. Yes waxing is a big job on a vehicle this size but it needs to be done to keep it looking good. We just got a 14 van in deep cherry red also.

Default 2014 Caravan....

Thanks for the information!

I usually wax once maybe twice a year (Spring/Fall).

I have been told by the dealer and a few friends the new reds/paint do not fade like the old paints....but I wanted to confirm.

So I guess I will stick to twice a year waxing and setup a biweekly wash schedule.

Thanks!
Chris
