Dodge Grand Caravan 2007
Coolant is leaking as shown in the pics, where the angle connector joins the rubber tube. Whats the name of the connector?

Any suggestions or links on fixing the leak appreciated.
I think its just the 6" rubber hose that is damaged. Is it best to replace the hose alone or shall I also get new connector and clamp?
