Unhappy Disconnecting the alarm in DodgeCaravan 1999

Hi, I have a dodge caravan 1999, I had to replace the battery and since then the alarm stars being crazy. When the car is unlocked, the alarm activates after few seconds and then when I close or open the door, the alarm starts yelling. I don't have a fob. I need to disconnect the alarm. Do you know how?
It starts yelling even if some noisy trucks goes around. It's driving me crazy.
Thank you so much

Turn the key on before putting the battery cables on.

You can't disconnect the alarm. It is built into the PCM and BCM. You would have to replace both modules at the same time with non alarm modules to eliminate the alarm.

This piece of (lovingly) **** is a Chrysler 1990s engineer's wet dream. I have a 1999 Caravan and this stupid Body Control Module is a pile of ****!! Here is the only thing I've found to get it running again. Disconnect both battery cables, connect the two cables together for awhile, do not reconnect battery cables for about 5 mins, reconnect battery cables, without key in ignition, turn headlights on and off 3 times, insert ignition key, should restart. Damn f***** stupid, but is does work. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 1990'S CHRYSLER RECALL!! They know the Body Control Module goes bad but they do nothing!! BTW, this will get it running again, but be prepared to have it happen again at random times.

Have you tried disarming the alarm in the normal way without a fob ?

Unlock the door with the key,any entry key point will disable alarm.

Key in ignition does not disable or turn alarm off....only using the key in a door lock will disarm it.
