Default Install Power Window on Sliding Door on '14 Grand Caravan AVP?

I am wondering if anyone has done this before, or is aware of what exactly what would be required:

Recently I saw a 2014 Chrylser Town and Country with a power window on the sliding door. I would like to install such a power window (up/down) on my driver's side sliding door on my 2014 Grand Caravan AVP (the window is stationary from the factory). I do not need this for the passenger side, although I am sure the process would be the same. I looked at some schematics, and it appears that the window glass is the same in both configurations. I do not plan to install a switch/control panel on the sliding door itself, as it is just my 1 year old babies that sit back there. I will need a control panel on my driver's arm rest. Or, I could possibly create my own switch if possible, with aftermarket electronic switches. I have not removed the trim panel from the sliding door yet to investigate.

What parts and wiring harnesses are already present behind the door trim panel to allow me to do this?

Is the appropriate wiring harness already present in the driver's side arm rest?

And, if someone knows, what parts would I need to buy besides the window motor?

Any assistance/knowledge/experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well, you are more likely needed to replace the whole door if you wanted power window. The door frame is completely different. So if you are serious about it, you would need to find a used door from the junk yard first, and then figure out the wiring.

The cost and labor intensiveness is not worth the conversion, you better off trading your car in for another van that has it.

To clarify, this is my EXISTING 2014 Grand Caravan that I bought brand new only three months ago. I love the car, but boy, does it bug me to drive 60mph with the window open and have a tornado blow ON my FACE. If I were able to open the window behind me, as I have in my old sedans, that would solve the problem.

If someone replies to tell me that the door or glass, etc., is different for sliding door with power windows, etc., could you please tell me how you are knoweldgeable on the subject? In other words, do you work on these cars as a mechanic or auto body technician, work at the Dodge plant, etc. That would be a big help! I appreciate all advice, I just want to make sure I know where I am getting my advice from. Unfortunately, while most people are honest and accurate, there are some people who throw their two cents in with a guess, which does not really help.

Thank you steak59 for your reply!

The attached pictures are what I was going on, believing that the glass may be the same. These pics are from my AllDataDIY.com account. One image is the fixed glass window installation/removal. The other is the power window option. You can see that the glass is shaped exactly the same, which really surprised me.

Not exactly hard evidence, but that is why I was seeking advice from others on this forum.

Thanks again, everyone.
