Default 2010 SXT 4 L Air Conditioning Problem

Hi all the compressor kicks in but the fans I am sure should be running but aren't . I am sure they kick in when temp rises . What do you think the issue is? Drivers side is cooler than passenger but not sure what that means. Overall it should be a lot colder.

like to actually see what the gas pressures are like, just assuming at the moment but I think should it be low on refrigerant possible you could get partial cooling.

Does anyone know where the low side port is on these vans?

The low side port is center van back by the fire wall on the suction line. Cold on one side and warmer on the other means low on Freon charge. I'd check the rear evaporator, known leak area.
