Default 1999 Caravan Overheats

Ok, so i changed the water pump, new upper and lower hoses, new radiator, new fluid, but for someone the car is overheating AND only when i turn the A/C on. I have no idea why this is happening. I have been driving the entire California summer without A/C, just because within 5 minutes of me turning on the A/C the car will over heat.

I've checked the fans, and both are woking properly. The moment the A/Cis turned on, the fan kicks in and stays on, even while in idle.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Wondering if this is a sign the A/C is about to fail?

Only thing you haven't touched on is a leaking head gasket blowing exhaust into the coolant. Why just when A/C is on? I'm scratchin my head a bit but maybe the added load forces the leak. There are combustion test kits available at reasonable prices. May be able to sign one out from AutoZone or the like: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss...n%2Caps%2C1409 Or.... look for bubbles with the rad cap off.

When the AC turns on there is an added load on the engine, so bad head gaskets, or a bad water pump could cause the overheating under load (aka AC on).

I also considered the added load of AC and was initially thinking fan related, but then OP said fans were good and I was like "whelp, I'm out on this one"

Never thought it could be the head gasket. I have to change the oil pan gasket, so might as well include the head gasket. I'll keep you guys posted, and hopefully that's all it is.
