Default soot in oil Dodge Grand caravan 2000 3.0L

Hello!
please, tell me. I have Dodge Grand Caravan 2000 3.0L
I have a problem. Oil in engine became black, oily soot. As if the gases into oil. Big settling on the details on the cover flaps.

Ok, I'll bite. How many miles has it been since the oil was changed, and what is the OCI history?

It's just build up from 3.0s running. They all run slightly rich, and No Matter How New the valve seals, they always seep a little.

If it never gets cleaned out (aka step it down) it takes very little time to look like this, and the ECU was most likely retuning from having the battery unhooked, meaning it was running extra rich for a while.

Any 3.0 I've had apart looks worse then that inside (usually a pretty thick layer of that build up). One had 60k original, mine had 210k. My freshly built motor already looks like that with just over 6k on the build.
