Default Bad Running 01 Caravan NEED HELP

*I have a 2001*Dodge*Grand*Caravan*3.3 V6 flex fuel. I had a blown*radiator*so I parked the van in February. I recently replaced*the radiator*and now the van is running like crap. I have several codes that popped up including P0403. The van is running hard, misfiring, hesitates, and engine sometimes dies when I come to stop. It lunges at a stop light, speedometer jumps, and its sluggish to take off. I disconnected the*vacuumhose*that connects to the EGR and the engine runs smooth. When I drive it while its disconnected it runs much better although it still is sluggish at take off and misfires occasionally and the speedometer still jumps. Is it safe to drive while disconnected and do I need a new EGR or*EGR*solenoid? The other codes I have are P0352, P0135, P0700, P0442, P0455, and P1684. I replaced the*02 sensor*with a sensor from the junkyard. It was not running like this before*the radiator*blew. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

Did you overheat it when the radiator blew, or before? What exactly do you mean when you say it blew?

Engine would over heat if it sat in traffic too long, I replaced the Radiator fan and it seemed to solve the problem until I was on the highway and within seconds van overheated and smoke was pouring out of the engine. Replaced the radiator and no more over heating issues.

Could be a bad headgasket then. Or, you soaked everything in coolant and its causing issues there.
