Disconnect all the wire connectors and see if you have any water in the pin. Water is not good for the wires. The water will act like a conductor and apply power to a circuit that isn't suppose to have power. Also do you think the transmission may have gotten water in the transmission?

 

i already cleaned all of the wires no change didnt get water in the trans i im going to have the module flashed and if that doesn't work replaced.

 

check your obd codes, there may be pending codes which may suggest a place to start,
some codes will not cause the check engine light to turn on right away.
