We recently had our 2002 Dodge Caravan door replaced by a local mechanic. He is now on vacation.

There are a couple issues:

1. The door is slumping

2. The radio no longer works.

For the door i'm sure it is a matter of unloosening bolts and jacking it up and retightening. However for the radio i'm lost.

What is happening is there IS power to the radio. All the lights are on and active as normal. The issue is there is NO SOUND coming from any station. I keep tuning the stations but nothing. For the record the built in CD player works found; i can hear sound like normal.

Is something disconnected for my radio? Perhaps the antenna of the radio came loose when the front driver side door was taken down and wire harness exposed?
