Hi I have a 2009 dodge grand caravan and I bought last a dvd,gps, radio from garage sale the guy told me it removed from a jeep and can works any dodge or Chrysler car . I got regular radio in my car and I tried to install I see only opening screen jeep and that's it its blank again there is no function. How can I get this works what tools I need. Because all plugs are same as my car I got also uconnect working. This unit is type NTG4 RER serial number is Po564816AB . Do I need any plugs or remove anything from radio . Or is it works with my car or not? Thank you

 

I think you have a typo in your part number, I believe you meant 5064816AB. If that is the case then that radio won't work in your Caravan because that radio has the low speed bus, you need a radio with the high speed bus.

Navrepair.com offers a service to convert between low speed and high speed bus, it's not cheap, but it may be worth it.
