My 2001 3.3 dodge caravan was running fine when parked for the night. next morning was -10 degrees and van turned over like normal but seemed to only fire on 1 or 2 cylinders, like it flooded. I pulled a couple of plugs and they dripped gas. Put it floor and it started, but running rough, like choke stuck on, smoking but not clearing up. pulled plugs again, dripping with gas. Checked codes and 1 came up: 0403
